"HOW TO UNDERTAKE MY OWN STRESS"

PRESENTATION This workshop has been prepared by collecting an increasingly common demand: to know how to confront and reduce stress, both health professionals as security often know the impact that stress has on those groups who suffer it, and we set off a range of resources to help those people who depend on us. And what about us, which attend as delegates to a meeting like the present one at this moment? Do we really look after our own needs? Support professionals often forget about ourselves and drag a series of tensions, fatigue and bad habits that are derived form the pressure we are under. It is not necessary at this stage to highlight the negative consequences of stress. On the other side, it is necessary to raise solutions and effective ways on change. This course will be followed up for check we actually reached the goal we propose. |

METODOLOGY
Mainly practical and participatory course. Each attendee will perform a series of exercices and techniques throughout the day. It will also be oriented to plan his own plan of action.
MONITORING
Each student will assess their progress and send to the course management a report for the month after the conclusion and another six months later. It will also be advised if in that lapse of time there are any doubts and mistakes via email or telephone. This service subsequent to the course is always confidential.
